Dr. Paul D. Rouse ~ A native of
Moline, Paul is a graduate of the University of Iowa, receiving a bachelor's
degree in Management Information Systems and a master's degree in Business
Administration. In 2004, Paul earned his doctorate in Business
Administration with a focus in Organizational Behavior from St. Ambrose
University. His area of research focuses on Technology Acceptance and
Technology Adoption in the work environment.

Jamie Crawford ~ Owner and Moline native, Jamie is a graduate of Western Illinois University with a bachelor's degree in Finance, minoring in Computer Science. Jamie is currently completing requirements for a master's degree in Business Administration at St. Ambrose University and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). | |||||||||||||||

Eric ~ Born and Raised in Illinois, Eric has lived in Geneseo since 1986. He graduated from Southern Illinois University with a degree in Mortuary Science and Funeral Service and worked as a Funeral Director for 13 years before changing careers and going into the computer field. As of August 2009, Eric has been married for 20 years and has 3 sons. He has been an Engineer with Rouse Consulting Group since November 2004 and has a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification on Windows NT4 and Windows 2000. | |||||||||||||||

Beverley ~ Born and raised in South Africa, Bev now lives in the Quad Cities with her husband and 2 children. Beverley has 22 + years of professional accounting experience and has been running her own bookkeeping and consulting business, specializing in QuickBooks software, since 1998. She has been certified in QuickBooks since 2002 and has held an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor qualification since 2007. She is currently studying for her Certified Bookkeeper examination through The American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB). Beverley is a Certified QuickBooks Consultant and a member of The Sleeter Group, as well as a member of AIPB and NACPB. | |||||||||||||||

Erika ~ Raised in Dearborn, Michigan, Erika graduated Henry Ford Community College with associate’s degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. Having moved to Iowa in 2001, she completed her Management focused bachelor’s degree at Western Illinois University. Erika has been Resource Coordinator for RCG since November 2008. | |||||||||||||||

Lucas ~ Born and raised in Iowa, Lucas was Comptia A+ certified right out of high school. Having worked for such companies as Tech Team Global and Boston Consulting Group, both out of Chicago, Lucas joined RCG in January of 2009 as an Engineer. We congratulate Lucas on the birth of his first child, this past August. | |||||||||||||||

Brian ~ Native to the Quad Cities, Brian graduated Bettendorf High School in 2003 and immediately joined the US Marine Corps where he had specialized training in Data Networking and Tactical Data Networking. Brian has worked for RCG as a Help Desk technician since April 2009. | |||||||||||||||
